Trains, Planes, Automobiles, and unconstitutional enforcers. We’re not sure what Pete Buttigieg actually did with his time running the Department of Transportation. He seemed uninterested in, you know, doing the job. From the horrific train derailment in Ohio, to the Baltimore bridge collapse, and the clearly long-term issues with air traffic control, Buttigieg was asleep at several switches! Keeping with that pattern Buttigieg failed to ensure all DoT enforcement officers were properly appointed. The DoT has had since 2017 to remedy this constitutional deficiency, but the People’s Mayor did nothing. Maybe that’s why the Sixth Circuit agreed with NCLA and vacated a penalty issued by one of those illegally appointed enforcement officers against our client.
When I grow up, I want to be President of the United States. Research reveals that many of President Joe Biden’s executive orders and pardons bear identical autopen signatures, raising questions about his involvement in approving the policies. Critics argue that these autopen signatures suggest a lack of authenticity and could lead to legal and constitutional issues, particularly amid ongoing concerns about Biden’s mental state or cognitive capacity during his presidency. The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project uncovered this practice, and Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has called for a Department of Justice investigation, claiming that the orders might be unconstitutional due to Biden’s alleged lack of awareness when signing them.
