Transferring your stocks, bonds, or mutual fund shares to the New Civil Liberties Alliance allows you to make a gift and receive a charitable tax deduction equal to the full, fair-market value of the securities. This arrangement comes with an added benefit: you pay no capital gains tax on your gift, and neither does NCLA. To arrange for a gift of securities, please contact Holly Pitt Young, Director of Development on the date of transfer at (202) 869-5213, or email the information to holly.pittyoung@ncla.legal.

Donor Advised Fund / IRA
You can initiate a grant recommendation from your donor-advised fund – or DAF – directly to NCLA in three easy ways:
- Make a one-time gift. Contact your Donor Advised Fund administrator and recommend a one-time grant directly to the New Civil Liberties Alliance.
- Create a recurring, monthly or quarterly gift. Initiating an automatic monthly or quarterly gift from your Donor Advised Fund is one of the easiest ways to support NCLA all year long.
- Create your legacy of tackling the Administrative State and protecting civil liberties. You can name NCLA as a beneficiary of all or a portion of the funds remaining in your Donor Advised Fund after your lifetime.
Please contact Holly Pitt Young, Director of Development if you have any questions at holly.pittyoung@ncla.legal
