Donor Privacy

The New Civil Liberties Alliance® (NCLA®) does not sell or rent donor information. NCLA does not disclose donor information other than as required by law or necessary for NCLA operations. NCLA may directly use donor information for its own communications with you.

We may also provide donor information to companies that are under contract to help us improve our operations, outreach, or fundraising efforts such as online donation processing vendors, donor/contact management systems, customer relationship management platforms, and mailing houses. Such contracts include confidentiality provisions requiring the contractors to protect all NCLA and donor information.

Use of Information Provided When You Donate, Sign Up, or Subscribe

NCLA uses contact information you provide through the “Donate,” “Sign Up,” or “Subscribe” options on our website to deliver periodic updates on our cases and other efforts to bring the Administrative State within constitutional and statutory bounds. These updates include periodic news announcements and event invitations.

Although NCLA does not sell or rent your contact information to other charitable organizations, we may provide contact information to companies under contract to help with our communication efforts. Such contracts include confidentiality provisions requiring those contractors to protect all NCLA and stakeholder information.

You may instruct us to exclude you from further communications by:

  • opting out using the “unsubscribe” link provided in any NCLA email or newsletter,
  • sending an email to ncla@ncla.legal requesting to be removed from our mailing list, or
  • mailing a written opt-out request to New Civil Liberties Alliance, 4250 N. Fairfax Dr., Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203.

We will implement all such requests as soon as practicable.
