Ruslan Moldovanov

Multimedia Specialist

Ruslan Moldovanov is Multimedia Specialist for New Civil Liberties Alliance. Prior to joining NCLA, Ruslan worked at the Cato Institute as an intern in the Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity, after which he completed the Koch Internship Program. He is a graduate of the Southern Federal University, where he studied Economics and currently finishing his master’s program in European studies at the Jagiellonian University.
