Federal Judge Pushes Back on Landlords’ Efforts to Overthrow Eviction Moratorium

Late last week, U.S. District Judge Dabney Friedrich refused Alabama landlords’ request to walk back the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) eviction moratorium.
