Vaccine Injured & Bereaved Sue the Feds, Stanford University for Unconstitutional Censorship

The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) has filed a lawsuit, Dressen, et al. v. Flaherty, against the federal government and Stanford University, alleging unconstitutional censorship of individuals discussing COVID-19 vaccines on social media.
